Winners of the 2011 Bookmark Contest
The Public Library for Union County sponsors an annual Bookmark Contest for children in kindergarten through fifth grade who live in Union County.
This year, contestants were asked to illustrate the 2011 summer reading theme “One World, Many Stories” using an entry form supplied by the library.
First, second, and third places have been awarded in each category (K-1st, 2nd-3rd, 4th-5th). Winning entries will be displayed in the Children’s Room of The Public Library for Union County, 255 Reitz Boulevard, in Lewisburg. First Place bookmarks will be printed professionally and distributed during the summer reading program.
