The Public Library for Union County will be hosting its One Book Every Young Child program for toddlers and preschools, along with their parents and caregivers at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 6. This program will also be part of Getting Ready for Kindergarten on Thursday, April 5.
Stop Snoring, Bernard! by Zachariah OHora is the 2012 book chosen for the One Book Every Young Child program. The program supports early childhood literacy efforts and emphasizes the importance of reading early and often to children, as well as engaging them in conversation and other activities around books.
